To be eligible for a return/exchange you must comply with the following conditions;
You must request a return within 72 hours of receiving the product.
The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut or been worn. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace until you are satisfied.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
With the exception of faulty units, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 15 working days from confirmation to process the funds back to your account.
